Ho Ho Ho, It is Christmas time once again. I want to wish all my friends and family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We had a good year, enjoyed Arizona last winter, summered in Montana Visited family and friends in Idaho and Washington, then moved on to southern Oregon for this winter. I am having new dentures made and looking forward to being able to chew again. Dentist extracted 3 teeth and left me with 4 teeth left in my mouth.
We had an extreme cold spell here, very unusual for this area. I hadn't seen no, 0, zilch degrees since we left Alaska. We now cannot say that anymore, 0 one night, 1 degree next night. then very slowly warm up. We are now in the upper 40's and low 50's for day temps and mid 30's for lows. Our 8 inches of snow had melted off and we can see the green grass again.
We are looking forward to returning to Montana again next summer. Also a trip to Alaska end of July for a wedding and visit family and friends, renew drivers license and all that fun stuff.
Well enough for now, God bless and take care.

A little winter in Southern Oregon. about 4 inches worth.

I forgot to post a couple of pics, so here they are.

New teeth in the near future, means a new smile. Now if I could just get some new body parts to go with them LOL.
We had a really great Thanksgiving, enjoyed a wonderful meal and company at my Uncle and Aunts in Grants Pass. Lots of cousins and relatives, several I have never met before. We have lots to be thankful for.
Weather is still cold and looks like it will stay that way for at least another week. Will be glad when this cold weather clears and we warm back up to normal temps. There is a chance of some snow Friday, hopefully it will miss us HA HA.
I had an issue with the truck, it said I had water in the fuel, but the good news was it wasn't water in the fuel, bad news was it was a busted wire connection, so $235.00 later it is back to normal. Good ole computers in vehicles nice when they work, but expensive to fix.
You all have a great day and God Bless.

OK someone is messing with the thermostat, NOT Funny. Whoever is responsible please turn it back up. This waking up to 22 degrees is getting old.
At least the sun came out today and it was a beautiful day. Of course it was, I had to work. Now I am off for the next 5 days, hopefully it will remain nice and warm up.
The King asking someone to turn up the heat.

Well, after a long issue with not being able to sign in to update this blog, I am here. Long time no post so here we go.
We had a great summer in Missoula, Montana and looking forward to returning next summer. I had a great time enjoying the scooter with several trips on it this last summer. If you have kept up with me on Facebook you are aware of these trips. The most memorable would be my trip to Glacier National Park. Took 3 days, One day to go up to the park, one day to go overt  the going to the sun hwy. and another day to return to Missoula. Weather was nice for the first two days, my return trip was a little wet. At least I didn't melt.
Summer went by way to fast, We left Missoula and made our way to Post Falls, Idaho, spent three days there visiting with friends Don & Caroline. It was great to visit and we enjoyed our stay. Left there with Mount Vernon, WA as our destination. Arrived at my cousins early evening and got the trailer set up. We spent a week visiting relatives and friends. Had a great time as we always do when we visit that area.
As I said in my last post, our plans was to spend the winter in Gold Hill, OR. once again. Arrived here on the 15th of Oct. I am working part time at the KOA here.
Oct 18th found me in the dentist chair to decide what to do with my rotten teeth. Decided to pull 3 more teeth, so that leaves a whole four teeth left in my mouth. Dentist had to surgically remove one tooth. My mouth is starting to heal up. He did modify my lower partial so I can wear it. No chewing teeth down there so  (but I am eating LOL).
Eight days to Thanksgiving and we have a lot to be thankful for. We are going to Grants Pass and spending Thanksgiving with Uncle Glen and Aunt Betty. Looking forward to a great meal and a great visit with them.
Once my gums get healed good I will have some new choppers manufactured for my mouth. It will be nice to be able to chew once again.
No promises on when I will update here, but will try and be more punctual than I have been. I know you have heard that before so like I said no promises.
You all take care and until next update God Bless.

Sitting in the trailer watching the wind blow, rain, lightning and listening to the thunder. A definite change from yesterday. I took a ride up to Polson yesterday, I always enjoy the sight of the Lake when you come over the hill. It was a really nice day, plenty of sunshine and warm weather. On the way home I decided to stop by and see my niece and her family. It was great seeing them again, I stayed for a delicious dinner, and had a great visit.
I am working in the park again in Missoula and enjoying seeing all the summer guests start to arrive and spend a night or three on there way to a summer of fun.
We have made plans to return to southern Oregon again for next winter, looking forward to another adventure there. More on that later.
For now you all have a great day and God Bless.

We arrived here in Missoula this morning about 11:30, I have the trailer all set up for the summer. Vicki has  her Dish tv set up, so she is happy, Kitty's are both sleeping and glad to be not traveling.
Weather here today has been just great, made it just over 60 and the sun is shining.  Now I have to start work for the summer. I at least enjoy working here so that makes life real good.
We are off to Outback Steakhouse for dinner with our friends Smokey and Pam. Some kind of special going on there, As long as I get to eat I will be happy.
Anyone coming through this area please stop and say Hi.

We left Willcox, Arizona on the 18th, made it to Kingman, Arizona that night. Stayed at the Kingman KOA Campground, it was a very nice park and the young gal that checked us in was a delight to talk to. The 19th we made it through Vegas and stopped for the night at Beaver, Utah. We spent 2 nights there before traveling in 1 day all the way to Dillon, Montana. I set up the trailer with snowflakes falling on me. We are going to spend another night here before moving on to Butte, Montana. We will visit with friends in Butte before moving west to Missoula for the summer.

LIFE:
Sis in law got news today she needs heart surgery, We planned on leaving here this week, and I will still leave this week. Vicki will stay here with her sister until she is home and doing well then she will fly to Montana. To all our friends along the way to Montana I will not be stopping and visiting.
I will update as I know more.

Long time not being on here, this one will be short but to the point.
We are starting to get ready for our trip back north. Once again our destination is Montana. Also once again we will be at the Missoula KOA. Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones.
We will leave here week after this one some time. We are still waiting on some paperwork we need before leaving.
Thanks to Danny at work our trailer has all new hubs and drums and brake assemblies. So it will be nice to have good brakes once again. Kind of nice to be able to stop when needed.
We have had a good winter here in Arizona and looking forward to returning here next winter.
On another completely different note we are also starting to plan a return trip to Alaska for a wedding next year. More on that later as we learn more and figure out just what we are doing.
We will not have time to do any visiting or sight seeing this spring, it will be just go straight to Montana and settle in for the summer.
I will try to keep you updated on Facebook as we travel north. God bless and take care until later.
