To let everyone know what is going on with Vicki, the doctor put her on a new medication and wants to try it for about 3 months to see what it will do. so for now it is just wait and see what the new medication will do.
I am working at the Chevron Station again after a couple other jobs that did not work out to good. I am also putting in a concrete paver patio in the back yard for Cheryl. So I am keeping plenty busy.

Old Tucson Studio Trip

Yesterday we packed up the truck and went to tucson. First stop was the Voyager RV Resort, there we met Bruce and Cindy visited for a while then off we went to Camping World. We did not find any chairs that we liked so left there empty handed, (that was an accomplishment).

From there we drove over to Old Tucson Studios. This is a very interesting place to visit. There were and still are movies being filmed there. John Wayne filmed 4 of his movies there. We enjoyed some great weather and watched a couple of short shows, including a shoot out in front of the old bank. here is a couple of pictures of the Studio and Bruce in full dance dress.

Nov. 2nd, not much new news here. Not much for jobs in Willcox right now. I may be a pest for Vicki if I am at home all the time.
I have uploaded some old travel pictures to Flickr. Just click on the link on the left side under our picture and have fun. I will be uploading more pictures in the near future, so check back soon.
We went to Benson today to meet with Bruce and Cindy, friends we met in Montana. They are staying in Tucson for the winter so we will get to visit some this winter.
Till next time TTFN.

October 19th

We arrived in Beaver Utah Wednesday, we were only going to stay two nights but ended up staying three. It is nice here, small town like Polson in the winter or Willcox.
Since leaving Polson we have had two job offers, one in northeren California and here at Beaver. After much discussion we decided we would accept the job offer here in Beaver. We will return here the end of April next spring and be here for the summer. The Park owners here are really nice people, we have enjoyed visiting with them while here.
We will be on the road again in the morning. Our destination for tomorrow is Needles CA. From there to Arizona City for a few days, then on to Willcox.
Everone take care and we will keep this updated as we can.

Heading South 10/16/2007

On the road again. We left Polson Monday the 15th about 11:30 AM. Stopped in Ronan for a final Pizza, then a long trip to Deer Lodge. Spent the night in Deer Lodge at the KOA. It was a really nice day clear and sunny. Left Tuesday AM, early enough we did not stop in Pocatello but continued on to Brigham City. Vicki and I had a Sonic Burger for dinner.
Had to go to Wal-Mart so Vicki could get her Wal-Mart fix.
Weather today was mixed from sunny to rain. We just had a real good thunder storm about 1/2 hour ago, now it is raining.
We will be out of here in the morning and go south for 250 miles to Beaver. I will see about another post from there.

Heading South

Time is near for us to depart for Arizona once again for the winter months. We plan on leaving here Monday. It has been a great summer here in Montana, we have made new friends, visited with old friends and had a wonderful summer.

Our trip will take us from here down hwy 93 to I-90, East to I-15 then south through Idaho and Utah to Beaver, Utah. From there we are not sure which way we are traveling, either East to hwy 89 and south through Flagstaff, AZ or stay on I-15 and go down through Las Vegas. We will stop in Casa Grande for a few days and visit Jean Kalish. Then on to Willcox for the winter.

I do want to post a couple of pictures of My last fishing trip on Flathead Lake. Franny and Erika both worked for KOA this summer and wanted to go fishing. Well they both outfished me (sad), but they had a great time. Franny and Erika good luck in school this year. We will think of you often and miss you.

Sept. 2007

September, one of my favorite months in Montana. The crowds are gone, the weather cooler and the scenery is at its best.

My Aunt and cousin from Washington came to visit for a couple of days. We explored the National Bison Range, St. Ignatius Mission and Ross Creek Cedar Groves. A very full 2 days. Lots of wildlife, wonderful scenery and great company made those 2 days real special.

As some of you may already know this is our last summer here at Polson KOA. We have decided that after 4 summers here it is time to see some other part of this great Nation of ours. We do not have a clue yet where we will be next summer, but this winter will find us at our usual haunt in Willcox, Arizona.

This new Blog will be replacing my old web site. Hopefully I can do a better job of keeping up with this Blog than the web site.

As always if anyone has anything they want to see on here let me know.

Till later, have a great life!
